Hazardous Material Bulk Bags

Tyoga Haz-Mat Bulk Bags are your cost-saving, heavier duty, waste-handling container solution. Utilizing corrugated side panels, our Haz-Mat Bulk Bags are self-supporting with a rigid body to protect your products and keep them contamination-free.

  • Duffle or lid top for easy filling with tie-string
  • Closed, flat bottom for stability
  • Interchangeable inner liner
  • Heavy-duty polypropylene, UV stabilized, coated fabric

Conductive and Anti-static Bags

Tyoga Conductive and Anti-static Bulk Bags are 100% inspected, checked, and labeled for their conductivity. Selecting and using a suitable bulk bag and liner combination is critical in preventing the risk of fire and explosion. We offer three types of Conductive Bulk Bag products that comply with the most recent IEC standard:

  • Type B
  • Type C
  • Type D

Features:

  • Type B conductive FIBSs are made from a special fabric that absorbs static electricity inside of the bag up to 6 KV
  • Type C conductive bulk bags are made entirely from conductive or from non-conductive threads or filaments
  • Type D conductive bulk bags are constructed from fabrics with static dissipative threads and properties to control discharge incendivity and help avoid operator errors
  • Tyoga offers three different types of liners that are permitted to be used in a FIBC depending on the electrostatic properties of the liner material: Type L1 Liner, Type L2 Liner, Type L3 Liner

Clean Room Bags

Tyoga Hygienic Clean Room Bulk Bags are designed for the food and pharmaceutical industries. We ensure that our processes and facilities conform to FDA directives relating to manufacturing materials that encounter food.

Tyoga Baffle Bulk Bags are perfect if you have limited space in transportation. They are constructed with high-quality corner baffles to maintain their cubic form once they are filled.

Tyoga Seed and Feed Bulk Bags are made from food-grade, woven polypropylene, and come in a variety of styles, shapes, and sizes. We utilize our container versatility to accommodate all your requirements.

Tyoga Potato and Onion Bulk Bags are produced from a unique white or black woven, ventilated polypropylene fabric, which provides optimum airflow through the bag during storage.

  • Open top for easy filling and extra airflow
