All International Dunnage air bags are manufactured by a production process that consists of extrusion, weaving, coating and bag conversion with quality control checks at every step. Tapes and fabrics are tested for tensile strength and 100% of the inflating valves pass an air leakage test before they are shipped. All finished bags also pass a flat wall test using air pressure to check for leakage. A burst test is also done on a random sample of bags drawn from the production line. All of this is done so that you can use the bags with confidence and safety. All International Dunnage air bags comply with the American Rail Road Standards.
